Throughout my career, I have coached and trained hundreds of global managers from over 35 countries to deliver memorable, impactful, presentations. Many years of listening to and analyzing messages for clarity and impact have given me the ability to identify what’s unclear, what’s missing, and what needs to change to ensure your message lands.

From message structure to delivery, from word choice to nonverbal impact, I specialize in helping you fine-tune your communication style so you can be as clear, as persuasive, and as memorable as possible.

How I Customize Your Coaching

To make your coaching experience as effective as possible, I fully immerse myself in your world. Before we even start, I explore your industry, reading relevant articles, listening to podcasts, and learning the specific terminology that’s unique to your field.

This allows me to be on the same page and identify the exact communication challenges you’re facing. The coaching process includes reviewing and critiquing videos of you performing presentations, and providing detailed feedback on everything from clarity to body language. I search for exercise materials that will stimulate and engage you. Whether you prefer a specific Shakespeare text or rock and role song lyrics to practice voice and delivery, I do everything I can to ensure our sessions are relevant and engaging.

My goal is to move help you from the way you communicate now, to a new, more powerful way of communicating so you know that you can handle any communicate effectively in any situation and get the results you need and recognition that you deserve.
